Qualified therapist and coach working with clients across the UK

I am a British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy registered therapist, currently offering online sessions for individual counselling and coaching.

We all need some help sometimes to work out how we got to where we are, and what the way forward might be. I aim to be genuine, supportive and down to earth, and see my role as walking alongside you as you seek to better understand yourself and your experiences, and explore what the future might hold.

I am integratively trained, which means that I am able use a number of different approaches, including person-centred, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral therapy, as well as solution-focused and positive coaching, to tailor our sessions to your needs.

As a therapist I support clients with:

  • stress and anxiety
  • relationship issues
  • self esteem and confidence
  • coping with life changes
  • self discovery and acceptance

Through coaching we can work on:

  • career development
  • workplace relationships
  • focus and motivation
  • organisational dynamics
  • personal development

I offer a confidential, non-judgemental space where each individual is heard and understood. I value diversity and have worked with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and identities.

I work flexibly and can arrange weekly, fortnightly, monthly or one-at-a-time sessions. I believe that therapy and coaching should be as accessible as possible, and charge between £40 – £50 per session, with concessions available.

If you are interested in starting therapy or coaching please get in touch – we can set up a free of charge, no obligation call so you can find out more about how I work and decide if I’m the right fit for you.
